Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open Bonck AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Type DELETE and confirm the request.

Delete your Bonck AI account and associated data
This page explains how a user can request account deletion for the Bonck AI app, what data is deleted, what data may need to be retained for compliance, and how long the process takes.
Option 2: Request deletion without app access
If you cannot sign in, email heather@bonck.us from the email address linked to your Bonck AI account and use the subject line Bonck AI Account Deletion Request.
To help us verify the request, include your account email and any recent order or profile details you can provide.
Data deleted when the request is completed
- Account profile data, including name, email, phone number, profile settings, and saved addresses.
- Saved account preferences and non-essential account metadata.
- In-app saved content linked only to the deleted account, including favorites, follows, and comparable account-level records.
- Access to the account and its active sessions.
Data that may be retained
- Order, payment, payout, invoice, tax, refund, and chargeback records where retention is required for accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
- Server logs and audit records required to investigate abuse, enforce platform integrity, or satisfy legal obligations.
- Records held by service providers only for the time needed to complete payment settlement, compliance review, or legal retention duties.
Retained compliance records are normally removed or anonymized as soon as the applicable retention period expires. Where no longer period is required by law, Bonck AI targets deletion or anonymization within 180 days after account deletion.
Processing time
Bonck AI targets completion of valid deletion requests within 30 days. If additional identity verification is required or a legal hold applies, processing can take longer.
